Article 2

1. France shall ensure that Sabemen's operation is aligned on that of Senacal and Senamanche in respect of the agreement linking it to BAI and shall inform the Commission of the measures taken in this respect. 2. France shall inform the Commission each year regarding the internal reimbursement of the FRF 250 million between BAI and the SPCs, the acquisition of the Normandie 2 and the ensuing reorganisation of ships, as provided for in the restructuring concept.
