Article 3
1. As regards the Agreement on Air Transport, the Community shall be represented in the Joint Committee set up under Article 21 of the Agreement by the Commission assisted by representatives of the Member States. 2. The position to be taken by the Community as regards decisions of the Joint Committee which simply extend acts of Community legislation to Switzerland, subject to any technical adjustment needed, shall be adopted by the Commission. 3. For other Joint Committee decisions, the Community's position shall be adopted by the Council, acting by a qualified majority, on a proposal from the Commission.
