Article 5

To enable the Commission to appraise the financial measures for the benefit of the coal industry during the following coal production year, Member States shall communicate the information referred to in Article 9(10) of Regulation (EC) No 1407/2002, using the following forms: (a) forms B.1 and C.1 in Annex I to this Decision for underground production units; (b) forms B.2 and C.2 in Annex II to this Decision for opencast production units.
