2002/936/EC: Commission Decision of 19 June 2002 on State… Article 1

Article 1

The State aid which Spain plans to grant to BBE and BBG, totalling EUR 30004000 and EUR 23212000 respectively, is compatible with the common market within the meaning of Article 87(3)(c) of the Treaty. The granting of such aid is therefore authorised.
