Article 13

1. The Member States shall apply at least the provisions of this Directive to products intended for animal feed produced in the Community to be exported to third countries. 2. Paragraph 1 shall not affect the right of Member States to authorise re-exportation under the conditions laid down in Article 12 of Regulation (EC) No 178/2002(17). The provisions of Article 20 thereof shall apply mutatis mutandis.
