Article 25

1. Member States shall require that for the examination of seed for certification and for post-control tests, samples are drawn officially in accordance with appropriate methods. These provisions shall also apply where samples of standard seed are drawn officially for post-control tests. 2. For the examination of seed for certification and for post-control tests, samples shall be drawn from homogeneous lots; the maximum weight of a lot and the minimum weight of a sample are given in Annex III.
