Article 41

Access to documents 1. The Authority shall ensure wide access to the documents which it possesses. 2. The Management Board, acting on a proposal from the Executive Director, shall adopt the provisions applicable to access to the documents referred to in paragraph 1, taking full account of the general principles and conditions governing the right of access to the Community institutions' documents.
