Article 63

Competence of the European Agency for the Evaluation of Medicinal Products This Regulation shall be without prejudice to the competence conferred on the European Agency for the Evaluation of Medicinal Products by Regulation (EEC) No 2309/93, Regulation (EEC) No 2377/90, Council Directive 75/319/EEC(27) and Council Directive 81/851/EEC(28).
