Commission Regulation (EC) No 796/2002 Article 3

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. It shall apply from 1 September 2002 to olive and olive-pomace oil packaged for retail sale. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
