Commission Regulation (EC) No 1040/2002 Article 7

Article 7

This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. It shall apply to applications seeking the payment of a financial contribution from the Community from 2003 onwards. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 14 June 2002.
