Commission Regulation (EC) No 1062/2002 Article 2

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. However, on request of the operator concerned, the provisions of this Regulation shall be applicable from 12 June 2002. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 19 June 2002.
