Article 18

Other charges, taxes, levies or fees Article 17 is without prejudice to Member States' rights to maintain or introduce, to the extent permitted under the Treaty, charges, taxes, levies or fees with regard to authorisation, placing on the market, use and control of active substances and plant-protection products other than the fee provided for in Article 17.
