Commission Regulation (EC) No 1602/2002 Article 5

Article 5

This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. It shall apply from 1 January 2003. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 9 September 2002.
