Commission Regulation (EC) No 1889/2002 Article 2

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. It shall apply as from 1 January 2005. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 23 October 2002.
