Summons to oral proceedings 1. The parties shall be summoned to oral proceedings provided for in Article 64 of Regulation (EC) No 6/2002 and their attention shall be drawn to paragraph 3 of this Article. At least one month's notice of the summons shall be given unless the parties agree to a shorter time limit. 2. When issuing the summons, the Office shall draw attention to the points which in its opinion need to be discussed in order for the decision to be taken. 3. If a party who has been duly summoned to oral proceedings before the Office does not appear as summoned, the proceedings may continue without him/her.
