Article 1

Scope This Regulation applies to Community fishing vessels carrying out fishing activities in ICES (International Council for the Exploration of the Sea) sub-areas I to XIV inclusive, and Community waters of CECAF areas 34.1.1, 34.1.2, 34.1.3 and 34.2 which lead to catches of species listed in Annex I.
