Article 1

The State aid implemented by France in the form of a reduction in the domestic tax on petroleum products (TIPP) for certain products obtained from vegetable raw materials intended to be incorporated in fuels or combustibles is compatible with the common market in so far as it is granted within the limits and in accordance with the procedures authorised by Decision 2002/266/EC.
