Article 13

Transparency The principles and conditions concerning public access to the ECESB's documents shall be the same as those defined in Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council(1). It is for the Commission to take a decision on requests for access to those documents. If the request is addressed to a Member State, that Member State shall apply Article 5 of that Regulation.
