Article 2
The payments, with the exception of the final payment, shall be made on the basis of an aid intensity of 18,375 %.
The final payment on the basis of an aid intensity of 21 % may be made only when Capro Schwedt GmbH has demonstrated to the Commission that 528 jobs have been created by the project and after the Commission has agreed to payment of the last instalment.
