Article 1
Decision 2000/604/EC is hereby amended as follows:
(a) recital 14 shall be replaced by the following:
"(14) The Member States, the Commission and the European Central Bank should be adequately represented in the Committee. They should each nominate two members.";
(b) the Annex shall be replaced by the Annex hereto.
