Article 1

The State aid which Italy is planning to implement for the internationalisation of enterprises in the Region of Sicily pursuant to Article 26 of Sicilian Regional Law No 32 of 23 December 2000 and the Decree of 22 June 2001(25) is incompatible with the common market. The aid may accordingly not be implemented.
