Internal organisation The Management Committee shall adopt its own rules of procedure. Those rules shall, in particular, cover the following subjects: (a) meetings: the frequency of and procedure for convening and organising meetings; (b) secretariat: its role and organisational link; (c) rules for forwarding documents.
