Article 2

The following fines are hereby imposed on Interbrew NV and Groupe Danone SA in respect of the infringements found in Article 1: a) on Interbrew NV: a fine of EUR 45,675 million; b) on Groupe Danone SA: a fine of EUR 44,043 million.
