Article 12

Competent authority 1. The reply to any confirmatory application shall be a matter for the Secretary-General of the Committee, who may delegate this responsibility. 2. The Secretary-General may refer the matter to the Legal Service and/or the officer responsible for data protection, who shall give an opinion within three working days.
