Article 1
With effect from 1 July 2002: 1. The value mentioned in the first sentence of Article 4 of the Appendix to the Decision of the Europol Management Board of 16 November 1999 shall be replaced by EUR 105,76. 2. The values in euro units of the table included in Article 4 of the Appendix to the Decision of the Europol Management Board of 16 November 1999 shall be replaced by the following: 8 % to amounts between EUR 105,76 and EUR 1862,83; 10 % to amounts between EUR 1862,84 and EUR 2565,78; 12,5 % to amounts between EUR 2565,79 and EUR 2940,52; 15 % to amounts between EUR 2940,53 and EUR 3339,41; 17,5 % to amounts between EUR 3339,42 and EUR 3714,17; 20 % to amounts between EUR 3714,18 and EUR 4077,42; 22,5 % to amounts between EUR 4077,43 and EUR 4452,16; 25 % to amounts between EUR 4452,17 and EUR 4815,42; 27,5 % to amounts between EUR 4815,43 and EUR 5190,17; 30 % to amounts between EUR 5190,18 and EUR 5553,43; 32,5 % to amounts between EUR 5553,44 and EUR 5928,18; 35 % to amounts between EUR 5928,19 and EUR 6292,00; 40 % to amounts between EUR 6292,01 and EUR 6666,76; 45 % to amounts above EUR 6666,77.
