Article 3

Subject to budgetary availability, the Commission may decide to continue the trials and tests set out in the Annex in the years 2005 to 2008. The maximum Community financial contribution corresponding to 80 % of the eligible costs of a trial or test continued on this basis shall not exceed the amount specified in the Annex.
