Article 15

Repeal Directive 92/117/EEC shall be repealed with effect from 12 June 2004. However, measures which Member States have adopted pursuant to Article 8(1) of Directive 92/117/EEC and those implemented in accordance with Article 10(1) thereof and plans approved in accordance with Article 8(3) thereof shall remain in force until corresponding control programmes have been approved in accordance with Article 5 of Regulation (EC) No 2160/2003.
