Article 7d
Dumping In the case of a practice which is liable to warrant application by the Community of the measures provided for in Article 24(1) of the Interim Agreement, and thereafter Article 37(1) of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement, the introduction of anti-dumping measures shall be decided upon in accordance with the provisions laid down in Council Regulation (EC) No 384/96 of 22 December 1995 on protection against dumped imports from countries not members of the European Community(6) and the procedure provided for in Article 24(2) of the Interim Agreement, and thereafter Article 37(2) of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement.
