Council Regulation (EC) No 146/2003 Article 2

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. It shall apply from 20 December 2002. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 27 January 2003. For the Council The President G.
