Council Regulation (EC) No 150/2003 Article 7

Article 7

1. Each Member State shall inform the Commission about the administrative implementation of this Regulation within six months after its entry into force. 2. They shall also transmit to the Commission no later than three months after the end of each calendar year information on the total number of certificates issued together with the total value and gross weight of goods imported under the provisions of this Regulation.
