Article 4

1. Except for the tariff quota at order number 09.4181, the tariff quotas provided for in the Annex shall be managed in accordance with Articles 308a, 308b and 308c of Regulation (EEC) No 2454/93. 2. The Commission shall lay down the management rules for the tariff quota at order number 09.4181.
