Article 4

Prohibition of the application of organotin compounds which act as biocides As from 1 July 2003, organotin compounds which act as biocides in anti-fouling systems shall not be applied or re-applied on ships. However, during the interim period this provision shall only apply to ships referred to in points (a) or (b) of Article 3(1).
