Commission Regulation (EC) No 1047/2003 Article 3

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 1 May 2003 for imports from the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic, and from 1 June 2003 for imports from the Republic of Bulgaria. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 18 June 2003.
