Article 18
1. This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. 2. Save for Articles 4 and 6, it shall apply from 23 May 2003. 3. Article 10 shall apply until 31 December 2007. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 7 July 2003.
