Commission Regulation (EC) No 1234/2003 Article 4

Article 4

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 September 2003. The provisions of this Regulation shall be reviewed in the light of emerging scientific evidence and new control methods. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 10 July 2003.
