Article 38

Chairmanship and the calling of meetings of the management organ 1. The management organ shall elect a chairman from among its members, in accordance with the statutes. 2. The chairman shall call a meeting of the management organ under the conditions laid down in the statutes, either on his own initiative or at the request of any member. Any such request shall indicate the reasons for calling the meeting. If no action has been taken in respect of such a request within 15 days, the meeting of the management organ may be called by the member(s) who made the request.
