Establishment of "DubliNet" 1. The secure electronic means of transmission referred to in Article 22(2) of Regulation (EC) No 343/2003 shall be known as "DubliNet". 2. DubliNet is based on the use of the generic IDA services referred to in Article 4 of Decision No 1720/1999/EC(6).
