Article 15

Scope 1. This Section shall apply to: (a) GMOs for feed use; (b) feed containing or consisting of GMOs; (c) feed produced from GMOs. 2. Where necessary, it may be determined in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 35(2) whether a type of feed falls within the scope of this Section.
