Article 33

Consultation with the European Group on Ethics in Science and New Technologies 1. The Commission, on its own initiative or at the request of a Member State, may consult the European Group on Ethics in Science and New Technologies or any other appropriate body it might establish, with a view to obtaining its opinion on ethical issues. 2. The Commission shall make these opinions available to the public.
