Article 30
1. The Commission shall be assisted by the Committee on the statistics relating to the trading of goods between Member States, hereinafter referred to as "the Committee". 2. The provisions required for the implementation of this Regulation shall be adopted according to the procedure laid down in paragraph 3. 3. Where reference is made to this Article, Articles 4 and 7 of Decision 1999/468/EC(14) shall apply, having regard to the provisions of Article 8 thereof. The period laid down in Article 4(3) of Decision 1999/468/EC shall be set at one month. 8) Council Regulation (EEC) No 3924/91 of 19 December 1991 on the establishment of a Community survey of industrial production(15).Articles 9 and 10 are replaced by the following:
