Article 7

1. For the adoption of the amendments referred to in Article 6, the Commission shall be assisted by a committee. 2. Where reference is made to this Article, Articles 3 and 7 of Decision 1999/468/EC(7) shall apply, having regard to the provisions of Article 8 thereof. 3. The Committee shall adopt its rules of procedure. 4) Council Regulation (EEC) No 3880/91 of 17 December 1991 on the submission of nominal catch statistics by Member States fishing in the north-east Atlantic(8).Article 5 is replaced by the following:
