Article 9
1. In defining the criteria for the selection of activities and projects referred to in Article 2(b) and (c) and in selecting these activities and projects, the Commission shall be assisted by a committee. 2. Articles 3 and 7 of Decision 1999/468/EC(31) shall apply, having regard to the provisions of Article 8 thereof. 3. In addition, at the beginning of each year, the Commission shall provide the Committee with information about the activities financed under Article 2(a). 4.
