Council Regulation (EC) No 1890/2003 Article 9

Article 9

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply as from 1 November 2003. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Luxembourg, 27 October 2003. For the Council The President A.
