Article 21
Entry into force This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. Article 4(2) shall apply from 16 June 2005. Until this date, national provisions in force concerning smoke flavourings and their use in and on foods continue to apply in the Member States.
