The following fines are hereby imposed on the undertakings listed in Article 1 in respect of the infringement referred to therein: - Ajinomoto Company Incorporated, a fine of EUR 15540000, - Daesang Corporation, a fine of EUR 2280000, - Cheil Jedang Corporation, a fine of EUR 2736000. The fines shall be paid within three months of the date of the notification of this Decision to the following account of the European Commission: Account No 642-0029000-95 IBAN code: BE76 6420 0290 0095 SWIFT code: BBVABEBB Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (BBVA) SA Avenue des Arts//Kunstlaan, 43 B - 1040 Bruxelles//Brussel After expiry of that period, interests shall automatically be payable at the interest rate applied by the European Central Bank to its main refinancing operations on the first day of the month in which this Decision is adopted, plus 3,5 percentage points, namely 6,75 %.
