The aid which Italy - Tuscany Region is planning to implement for the reduction of the greenhouse gasses emissions, pursuant to Decision No 481 of the Regional Executive of the Tuscany Region of 20 May 2002 is compatible with the common market, subject to the conditions set out in Article 2.
