Article 3
The following fines are imposed on the undertakings referred to in Article 1 in respect of the infringement referred to therein: >TABLE> The fines shall be paid within three months of the date of the notification of this Decision into Bank Account N° 642-0029000-95 (Code SWIFT: BBVABEBB - code IBAN BE76 6420 0290 0095) of the European Commission with Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (BBVA) S.A., Avenue des Arts, 43, B-1040 Bruxelles/Brussel After expiry of that period, interest shall automatically be payable at the interest rate applied by the European Central Bank to its main refinancing operations on the first day of the month in which this Decision is adopted, plus 3,5 percentage points, namely 6,77 %.
