The State aid provided for by Article 19 of Regional Law No 24/93 of the Campania Region which Italy intended to implement to offset losses of income suffered by farmers when switching from traditional farming to organic farming as referred to in Regulation (EEC) No 2092/91 is incompatible with the common market. This aid cannot be implemented.
