Article 1
The State aids which Italy is planning to implement in favour of undertakings involved in the production, processing or marketing of Annex I agricultural products under Article 1 of Regional Law No 33/96 to reduce transport costs are incompatible with the common market. The State aids which Italy is planning to implement in favour of undertakings involved in the production, processing or marketing of Annex I agricultural products under Article 10 (in so far as it refers back to Article 53(c) of Regional Law No 3/86) and under Article 19 of Regional Law No 33/96 to support investments are incompatible with the common market. The above aids may accordingly not be implemented.
