2004/485/EC: Council Decision of 26 April 2004 amending… Article 1

Article 1

The second sentence of Article 3(1) of Decision 2003/231/EC shall be replaced by the following:"Such deposit shall take place on 30 April 2004, at the same time as the deposit of instruments of accession by the Member States that have completed their national accession procedures at that date."
